She/her/hers

Licensed Professional Counselor

I'm here to accompany you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

I believe in addressing the entirety of who you are, not just the symptoms you may be experiencing.

You may have faced a significant loss or transition recently and find yourself uncertain of where to turn for support. Whether you’re grieving a death, processing a daunting medical diagnosis, or facing the challenges of infertility, I understand the complexity of grief and trauma that can accompany such experiences. Often, we are unaware of how past events shape our present until we see their effects ripple through our relationships, thoughts, and self-perception.

As a therapist trained in EMDR and hypnotherapy, I offer effective methods for trauma recovery. Together, we can process and heal from past wounds, freeing you from the grip of traumatic memories and empowering you to move forward with confidence and resilience.

If you are navigating fertility treatments I know they can be filled with uncertainty and at times leave you feeling powerless. I provide personalized therapy tailored to your unique needs, whether you are exploring fertility options, navigating the perinatal journey, or adjusting to the demands of new parenthood. Through collaboration, we'll identify your goals and develop a treatment plan that is based in compassion, strength, and hope.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Counseling, BS in Rehabilitation Science, and a BA in Psychology with minors in Disability Studies and Human Development. My experience includes providing therapy at a private practice, case management and group therapy at a psychiatric nursing home for adults with chronic and severe mental illness, providing care to elder adults in an assisted living facility, and working with children with physical and cognitive disabilities at a therapeutic day school. As a first generation daughter of immigrant parents, my research has focused on ways to help destigmatize mental health diagnoses for people of color.

I am a Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor certified by the Yoga Alliance and have completed their 200-hour training program. If you're interested in incorporating movement into your therapy, I adapt yoga practices to ensure they cater to your unique physical and emotional needs.
