I’m here to listen to your story, empower you, and guide you toward more clarity and relief.

When faced with a loss or life transition, it’s common to feel anxious, isolated, and unsure of what to do next. Maybe you’ve recently transitioned into or out of college and feel overwhelmed by this new phase of life. Perhaps a long-standing relationship has ended or you’ve started a new career. Every change in our lives—even the ones that are considered “good”—can sometimes be difficult to navigate on our own.

Perhaps you have recently lost a loved one or are a caregiver for someone with cancer or a terminal diagnosis. In addition to the grief you may be experiencing, you might also be feeling things like anger, uncertainty, or disconnection from those around you. You don’t have to face the unique challenges of this journey on your own.

I work with clients who want support in feeling more grounded in the midst of big life changes and are looking to explore the deeper roots of the anxiety, overwhelm, or stress they are experiencing. Our work together is focused on exploring and accepting all parts of yourself: learning to tune into yourself and attend to your own needs. By learning to befriend yourself, you can show up more authentically in your relationships and feel more confident in your decisions and your future.

You are welcome here, just as you are. This is a safe, affirming space to receive the support you need in this season of life.

I am currently completing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University and am pursuing certification in Thanatology, the study of death, dying, and bereavement. For the past 2 years, I’ve served as the Office Manager at Bridgepoint Psychology Center, supporting the clinicians and working behind the scenes to ensure our clients receive the best care and support possible.
